When was the last time you started thinking about different medical issues you had? I began focusing more seriously on my health a few months ago, and it really helped me to gain some perspective. I quickly realized that I needed to work with my medical provider to figure out how to resolve some challenges, and before I knew it, I was feeling a lot better.
